New Build Project
Gullaksen Developments Ltd are constructing a new build property. Demolition of a pre-existing property has taken place, the site has been cleared and construction is underway.
Internal Works & Feature Fireplace
Here we incorporated an existing kitchen in to a larger living/dining space. We created a bespoke rendered fireplace as a feature of this room. Doors in keeping with the style of the property were added.
Completion of Garden Room
Following the work in progress photos below, here you can see the finished project. The garden has been transformed to include a large extension, paved area, pergola, and sunken sitting/fire pit area built with York stone. We created an aerial bay window, a golf simulation room and included an indoor pizza oven on this build. It was rendered to match the existing property, creating an incredible looking flow to the finished product.
Construction of Garden Room
We are developing a new garden room to incorporate a golf simulation room, working with a tradition property whilst putting a contemporary twist on things. This includes 6m timber bi-folding doors and a frameless aerial bay window.
Open Plan Kitchen Extension
On this project we knocked down the back of the property and put up new steel framework to incorporate frameless aerial bay glass. We created an open plan kitchen in to a lounge area.
Hotel Conversion @ The Piebald Inn, Hunmanby
An old function room at this pub was transformed by us into seven luxury hotel rooms. Gullaksen Developments also provided interior design services for this project, choosing all carpets, curtains & bathroom suites to achieve the finished look. All bedrooms were fitted with air conditioning.
Garage Conversion
Here we converted a garage into leisure facilities consisting of a new gym and bathroom.
Porch Extension & Balcony
Here we crated an extension to existing porch, giving a much more useable space. We erected a green oak balcony with polished glass leading from the master bedroom to create views of the surrounding landscape.
Green Oak Pergola
A green oak hipped roof pergola manufactured by hand to client's specification.
